By accessing or using Angel Website Solution ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Use of the Service
You may use the Service to create, edit, publish, and manage websites. You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. You may not use the Service to create websites that contain illegal, harmful, or infringing content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
Template Marketplace
Sellers grant buyers a non-exclusive license to use purchased templates for personal or commercial projects. Templates may not be resold, redistributed, or re-listed on any marketplace. Angel Website Solution charges a 10% platform fee on all template sales.
Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of purchase.
AI-Generated Content
Websites generated by our AI are provided as-is. While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated code may require review and adjustment. You are responsible for the final content published on your website.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Angel Website Solution. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service itself. Content you create belongs to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your published sites will be taken offline within 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
Angel Website Solution is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
